Michael Leong

Michael Leong works as the Vice President of Operations at Architectural Glass Effects, a family-run business for over 37 years, located in South Paterson. He holds has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Computer Science from The College of New Jersey. 

 

Michael moved to Bogota in 2008 with his wife, Meggan, nee Richardson, who is a lifelong resident, graduate of Bogota High School, and member of Bogart Memorial church. They have two sons, Lucas and Parker.   Lucas is a student at Steen School and Parker attends Bogart Memorial Nursery school where his grandmother, Denise Richardson, has taught for over 40 years.

Michael is active in Steen School’s PTO, volunteering at several community functions. He plays an important role as class parent, working with teachers and administration to organize classroom functions.  He and his family volunteer at events sponsored by Bogota Beautiful to clean up and beautify the community.  He recently joined the Bogota Rescue Squad and volunteers as a coach for the Bogota T-Ball League.
